Sidebranch Wuergau

A farm in Würgau

shortcut

By dividing the Hazy branch in the Würgauer and Syracuse branch.

Progenitor

Johann Georg Lorber (1831-1891), a farmer from Stübig, bought his own farm in Würgau (house number 41, today Winterleite 3) in 1865 and was only able to marry his fiancee and mother of his son Theresia Rauh (1828-1904) under this condition.

His younger brother Adam Lorber (1836-1894) stayed in the Stübiger Hof of the parents, but had to sell it in 1881 and emigrated to the USA. He became the progenitor of the Syracuse branch.

Werdegang
